Provision of Remand Advocates in all Criminal Courts:-
As per the directions of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Crl. Appeal No. 1899-1900/2011 titled Mohd. Ajmal Modh. Amir Kasab @ Abu Mujahid Vs. State of Maharashtra, this Authority has appointed 08 number of Remand Advocates in Criminal Courts.
