—Who is eligible for Free Legal Aid—
As per chapter VI, Rule 9, of the Delhi Legal Services Authority Regulation 2002 and NALSA Veer Parivar Sahayata Yojana, 2025 following person are eligible for free Legal Aid Services.
- SC or ST
- Victim of trafficking or beggar
- Women or Child
- Person with disabilities
- Victim of Mass Disaster/Ethnic Violence Caste Atrocity/Flood/ Earthquake or Industrial Disaster
- Industrial Workmen
- In Custody/ Protective Home/ Juvenile Home/Psychiatric Hospital/ Psychiatric Nursing Home
- Person having annual income less than Rs. 3 Lac
- Senior Citizen having annual income less than Rs. 4 Lac
- Transgender having annual income less than Rs. 4 Lac
- Acid Attack Victim
- Person infected and affected with HIV Aids
- Defence Personnel, Veterans and their Families
