An applicant namely Ms. Usha Rani approached this authority to get legal aid regarding cruelty, misbehave etc by the husband. After hearing the grievances of the applicant, the matter was referred for counselling on 22.10.2019. The opposite party was called through notice by this authority to appear before the counsellor. Counselling sessions were held with the parties on 19.11.2019, 13.12.2019, 10.01.2020 & 31.01.2020.
On 31.01.2020, the counsellor reported that matter has been amicably settled between the parties i.e. husband and wife and they are living satisfactorily during the counselling period. In view of the report of the counsellor, the proceedings were closed on 04.02.2020.
Therefore, due to efforts made by the Counsellor of this authority, the case has been settled at pre-litigation stage.
