DLSA South-East, under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) and the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), organised an awareness session under the LSUC (Child Friendly Legal Services for Children) Scheme, 2024 on the topic “Child Protection in Cyberspace: A Study of the POCSO Act” at Harijan Basti, Meharchand Market, Lodhi Road, near the Banyan Tree School, New Delhi, on 31.07.2026, in association with Udayan Care NGO. Adv. Mohini, LSA, acted as the Resource Person and sensitised the participants about child protection in cyberspace, the provisions of the POCSO Act, and measures to ensure the safety of children in the digital environment. The participants were also informed about the availability of free legal aid, DSLSA Helpline No. 1516 (24×7), NALSA Helpline No. 15100, and the role and functioning of legal services institutions. The programme witnessed the participation of approximately 30 beneficiaries.
