DLSA South-East, under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) and the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), organised an awareness programme on the occasion of International Labour Day on the topic “Empowering Workers Through Legal Awareness: A Step Towards Social Justice” at Harijan Basti, Meharchand Market, Lodhi Road, near the Banyan Tree School on 01.05.2026 in association with Udayan Care NGO. Adv. Anupama Singh, LSA, acted as the Resource Person and sensitised the participants about legal rights and protections available to workers, the availability of free legal aid, DSLSA Helpline No. 1516, NALSA Helpline No. 15100, and the role and functioning of legal services institutions. The programme witnessed the participation of approximately 30 beneficiaries.
