DLSA South-East, under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) and the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), facilitated the visit of 05 interns from DSLSA to the National Lok Adalat and Front Office at Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi on 09.05.2026. During the aforesaid visit, the interns were provided practical exposure to the functioning of the National Lok Adalat, Front Office, and the legal aid delivery mechanism at the district level. Ms. Ritu Singh, Panel Legal Services Advocate (LSA), was assigned to assist and guide the interns throughout the visit and acquaint them with the procedures relating to legal aid assistance, client interaction, case facilitation, and court-related services. The visit was organised with the objective of enhancing the interns’ understanding of access to justice mechanisms, the role of legal aid counsels, and the functioning of Front Office services in providing legal assistance to litigants and beneficiaries.
