South-East & South District Legal Services Authorities, under the aegis of NALSA and DSLSA, jointly organised a sensitization-cum-training programme on 08.04.2026 at 04:00 PM onwards at the Seminar Hall, 7th Floor, Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi for all Legal Aid Defence Counsels (LADCs) and Legal Services Advocates (LSAs) of South-East and South DLSAs. The session was conducted on the topic “Legal Remedies under the Specific Relief Act & the Limitation Act, 1963.” Sh. Nikhil Chopra, Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, South-East District, acted as the Resource Person and sensitised the participants about the legal framework, scope, and practical application of remedies under the aforesaid laws. The programme aimed to enhance the knowledge and capacity of LADCs and LSAs in effectively dealing with legal issues concerning limitation and specific relief. The session witnessed the active participation of 65 LADCs/LSAs from both DLSAs.
