In compliance with the directions issued by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in Criminal M.C. No. 1352/2023 titled “Manoj Krishan Ahuja vs. State of NCT of Delhi & Anr.”, and with a view to promote awareness among the general public regarding the Pre-Conception and Pre-Nagal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994 (PC&PNDT Act) , the Shahdara District Legal Services Auhority (DLSA), under the aegis of NALSA and DSLSA, organised an Awareness Programme at the community level under the Justice Awareness for Grassroots Information and Transparency Initiative (JAGRITI).
