In pursuance of the direction in the Judgement dated 15.12.2025 passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Criminal Appeal NO. 132-133/2017 titled “State of U.P. vs Ajmal Beg”, DLSA Shahdara, in association with SEWA Delhi (Self Employed Women’s Association -Delhi), organised session on the topic “Dowry Prohibition Act and Domestic Violence Act” at Seemapuri on 21.04.2026.

During the session, the Resource Person Sh. Rohit Kataria, LAC DLSA Shahdara elaborated upon the provisions of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961and the Protection of Women from Deomestic Violence Act, 2005.
